Will Kerrigan has a Master's Degree in Military Affairs from the United States Military Academy where he was a program officer in the National Security Affairs Department. In his four years of experience as a program officer, he led and executed strategy and program reviews for the policies and operations of The Army's Infantry battalion (1st Battalion, 8th Marines) and Marine Corps Recruiting Battalion. Prior to that, he was a commissioned officer in the Marine Corps for five years as an enlisted infantry officer.Kerrigan has a profound understanding of military forces,particularly the Marine Corps.
