They also partner with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs, clarify job requirements, and agree on a recruitment strategy. In addition, the manager negotiating offers by partnering with hiring managers, senior management, and other groups as necessary to make sure the best candidate for the position is selected and within thebudget. Additionally, the manager manages vendor relationships with outside agencies, ATS, background check, and profiling in order to have a clear understanding of expectations on both sides.In addition to their responsibilities within the talent acquisition department, the manager is also responsible for the organization and management of the company applicant tracking system (ATS) Virtual Edge. They also manage the company's largest nationwide account and participates in various Board activities including remote recruitment for client locations nationwide. In addition, they also conduct weekly employee reviews and process payroll for associates on assignments. The manager also maintains effective communication with current and potential clients through a designated representative and daily email communication. Lastly, they are responsible for the administration and delivery of weekly invoice to client based on their current headcount.
