Wes Parker has a degree in Organizational Development from Dallas Baptist University and has three years of experience in the field of training, organizational development and change. He started his career as an Independent Consultant at 247Compliance, where he was responsible for developing and delivery of DISC personality type interactive live webinars. He later moved to PROX Capital Group, where he was responsible for developing and delivering DISC personality type interactive live webinars. He also worked at Pioneer Natural Resources Company for five months as a Senior Independent Consultant. At Ericsson, he was responsible for assisting the Learning and Development team for the North American Region. He also co-led the 2015 strategic learning plan process and led Marketing Communications sub-team strategy development. He also analyzed and reported out on team dynamics and development, initiated high performance team process, and successfully changed departmental culture. He is currently a Senior Program Leader at Flowserve, where he is responsible for enterprise-wide leadership and employee training, learning, and organization development for a 19,000+ global workforce. He also leads the development and implementation of training/learning/organization development strategies in line with Talent Management, HR, and Flowserve business strategies, leaders/boards, and departments. He also collaborates in a successful major organizational restructure, driving effectiveness/efficiencies.
