As the Managing Partner and Lead Coach at Mid-Atlantic Youth Anglers & Outdoors Partners, Todd Pride leverages his extensive experience in team building and strategic relationship development to drive the organization's mission of increasing participation and diversity in outdoor and conservation activities. With a strong focus on urban and metropolitan youth, Todd is dedicated to introducing them and their supporting adults to a wide array of engaging activities that encompass the STEM education platform, including fishing, boating, motorsports, archery, hunting, agriculture, equine, conservation, and wildlife education.

Under Todd's leadership, the organization has launched several key projects aimed at fostering a love for the outdoors among youth from diverse backgrounds.
