💼 Past Experience

during her junior year at Reed College in 2008, Deborah Huarachi roped in an Accenture recruiter to help identify leads for her Environmental Services company, Tank Locator. She had never worked in the industry before, but quickly learned that there are many different companies and industries within the environmental contracting industry. She soon started seeing the many types of contracts that she could be contacted for, and was excited to show her leads to potential clients.After a few years of working in environmental contracting, DeborahHuarachi decided that she wanted to move up in the industry. Starting her own company was a dream come true, and she quickly realized that it was a very competitive field. She attended a number of job fairs, tasted a lot of different industries and saw a lot of different companies. Eventually she landed a position as a Senior Recruiter at H&A Consulting RPO, where she supervised a team of contractors.She is currently a senior recruiter for Accenture. There she houses a team of technology recruiters and assesses prospects for new technologies, from the most startups to olderestablished companies. She also works with clients to analyze their business and develop new ways to improve their operations. In the past, she has also moonlighted as a senior executive recruiter at Genpact, LLC and at The Dow Group RPO for Dun & Bradstreet. After two years of experience as a senior recruiter, Deborah Huarachi decided to relocate to the rapidly growing tech industry. She landed a job with Softworld, Inc., as an IT recruiter.There she oversees a team of contractors that conduct searches for talent in the software industry. She is excited to be able to help new companies and companies looking to grow their business. In addition to her current position, Deborah Huarachi will be working as a senior recruiter at Kforce Technology Staffing in the near future.
