💼 Past Experience

I have over 15 years of marketing and design experience in the field of broadcast media, including 5 years working in the field of diversity and inclusion. I have worked with both mainstream and niche broadcasts. I have also worked with both public and private broadcasters. My work experiences in this field have taught me a lot about design and diversity issues in the broadcast media world.In my previous work experiences, I have been a Senior Project Manager at Cerner Corporation from July 2006 to July 2008, a Consultant at Accenture from June 2003 to July 2006, a Chairperson at BBC from August 2010 to April 2014, and a Diversity & Inclusion Architect at Mildon. In my role as Diversity and Inclusion Manager at Deloitte from May 2017 to January 2019, I ran the Diversity and Inclusion Department at BBC. In my previous role as Account Executive at British Airways from September 2001 to September 2002, I was responsible for developing and implementing account strategies for British Airways.I believe that diversity and inclusion are important in the workplace, and I believe that design and implementation of diversity and inclusion policies can help to improve the performance, innovation, employee retention, engagement, and brand of an organisation. I hope that my experiences can help others in the fields of broadcast media and design to better understand these issues and make better decisions about how to best welcome, welcome and value different groups of people in their workplace.

He studied at The University of Derby, where he completed a level 3 in business administration and a level 3 in business studies.
