I started my career as CEO and Chairman at Unison Home Ownership Investors, Ltd. from 2000 to 2005. At Unison Home Ownership Investors, I was responsible for developing, leading and managing the cutting-edge investment products that we offer to our clients. I was a major force behind our aggressive growth, and we currently serve more than 1,000 clients through our wholly owned subsidiary, Odin Investment Management Inc. In my five years at Barclays Global Investors, I was a key player in creating and driving the global alternative investment division. I was responsible for creating a structured investment products division, expanding our global asset allocation services to include ex-ante global managed funds, and developing new products and services that made Barclays one of the leading firms in the industry.Prior to my time at Barclays, I was a Managing Partner at Odin Investment Management in San Francisco. At Odin Investment Management, I was a key driver of our successful IPO campaign and led the unsuccessful effort to raise $1 billion in new money through a public offering. I also played a significant role in shaping the strategy and strategy of the company, and resulted in significant growth and linear overall performance.
