But as hard as it was, it was nothing compared to the challenge of being an entrepreneur in the modern world.Beginning in 1982, Terry Sweet spent two years at Hard Knocks, a correctional facility in Michigan. This correctional program provides an opportunity for inmates to gain an education so that they can be ready for whatever comes their way in the outside world.In his time at Hard Knocks, Terry learned the basics of entrepreneurship, business models, and financial planning. He also imparted the importance of working with a team, being responsible, and taking advantage of opportunities.This experience helped teach Terry the importance of being prepared for anything and the importance of working hard in any field.
