Terrance (Terry) Sereda brings a wealth of expertise to his role as a Board Member at The Canadian Institute of Workplace Harassment and Violence, where he actively contributes to the organization’s mission of fostering safe and respectful workplaces. With over 21 years of experience in protein chemistry, including 14 years in the biopharmaceutical industry, Terry has honed a diverse skill set that encompasses Quality Assurance, Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). His background as a Senior Research Scientist and Supervisor of the Protein Chemistry laboratory has equipped him with a deep understanding of complex scientific processes, including protein purification and chromatography techniques such as High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC).

In his current role on the Board, Terry is particularly focused on the Fundraising Committee, where he collaborates with a dynamic team of board members who each bring unique skills and perspectives to the table.
