Generated and maintained pipeline with creative sourcing and outreach via LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed. Consistently met KPIs, hired over 40+ employees within 6 months. Process Improvement: Standardized interview process by creating structured interviews and questions per role, revamped job descriptions by working with hiring managers and stakeholders which generated an immediate increase in applicants. Assisted with upgrading current ATS system. Created an efficient and more automated candidate tracker for team and stakeholders.
