As the functional leader, she leads over 9,000 field sales and corporate resources in 96 countries representing 53% of the enterprise business. Susan is responsible for driving worldwide sales and marketing, solution and partner development, thought leadership and strategy. She ensures the breadth of Microsoft’s business solutions meet the needs of, and create new, business opportunities for commercial enterprises, government agencies, health organizations and education institutions globally.
Throughout her career, Susan has maintained a steady focus on customers and partners aligning the company’s efforts to create innovative solutions to address customer business challenges through the adoption of technology. Susan currently holds positions on the board of nPower and Avanade.
