💼 Past Experience

Stu Hirst is currently the Head of Cloud Security at JUST EAT, where he leads the development, build, and deployment of the company’s Cloud Security strategy, including white-label and commercial Secure Store Services. He has also worked at Cyber Scotland Connect, where he was responsible for building and directing the Cloud Security team. At Photobox, he was the founder and organiser of the company’s security team which, amongst other things, maintained and operated the company’s cyber-security infrastructure. From there, he moved on to work as a senior correspondent at the New York Times.Stu Hirst has been a full-time freelance journalist since 2007.
