From January 2009 to July 2009 (7 months) Miami/Fort Lauderdale AreaDirector, Technology @ Co-led a 300 member program charged with achieving enterprise operational objectives in the areas of technology architecture, site speed, site quality, and the product development execution model. Specific projects included:
• Achieved lowest defect injection rates in Orbitz’ history
• Exceeded monthly revenue goals (a measure of planned and unplanned site impacts)
• Simplified java-based architecture using a loosely coupled service-oriented architecture (SOA) and full service-layer testing
