Keeping our collective eye on key SaaS metrics to ensure decision-making is aligned; Formulating and executing sales & growth strategies for direct and indirect channels; Hiring the teams; Developing/tweaking our sales operations; Working on client development and retention programmes; Setting product pricing strategies; Delivering strategic sales and setting-up partnerships; Product ownership, ensuring feedback loops to inform product development; and a long list of other stuff that goes hand in hand with growing a SaaS company.
