💼 Past Experience

Sean Kane’s work experiences have taken him from the IT Staffing Manager position at The Hartford Insurance Group, to the Talent Acquisition Leader position at Aetna, and finally to the Talent Acquisition Resource Director position at Travelers. He has had a significant impact on the hiring process for a variety of different positions, from Information Technology to Legal to Finance. In his role as Lead and Developing Director of Talent Acquisition at Aetna, he was responsible for developing and implementing capacities to maximize resources and reduce costs for contractors in the Central Recruiting Area. This led to increased efficiencies for the company and improved candidate experience and quality of hires. He is also a key member of the team that led the implementation of a Compensation tool that reduced offer declination and improved candidate experiences, and he is currently a Senior leader in the Corporate Practice of Recruitment. His experience working with various clients and implementations has taught him a great deal about the various aspects of talent Acquisition, and he will continue to possess this knowledge as he moves ahead in his career.

🎓 Education

Sean Kane has a B.S. from the School of Business at Aetna Business Inc. in 2017. He is currently a yellow belt certified fighter in the Florida State Athletic Commission's register of champions. Kane is also a current wearer of the School of Management at Aetna American Business Education from 2017-2018. Kane previously holds a BS from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1990 and an H.S. diploma from West Springfield High School in 1986-1990.
