💼 Past Experience

Sean CSC® started his career in executive management back in 2006 as a National Account Executive at Kforce Inc. He then relocated to Equis Staffing in 2009 where he led and managed the Company’s recruitment program for Executive Search and Talent Acquisition. From there, he moved to Vaco in 2013 and Bagel & Eggs in 2015 as a Regional Manager/ HR Business Partner. In 2018, he joined AlphaPro Technology, A.P.R. Inc. as a Senior Manager, Executive Search and Talent Acquisition. He has also been working extensively in the fields of information technology and client services.

🎓 Education

Sean CSC® is a recent graduate of University of California, Santa Barbara with a degree in Political Science. Upon completion of his undergraduate studies, Sean worked as a policy analyst for a think tank in Santa Barbara. Sean next turned to California Lutheran University to earn a masters degree in political science. Sean is currently pursuing a doctorate in political science at California Lutheran University.With a background in political science and two years of experience as a policy analyst, Sean is ready to start his career in politics. Sean is confident that he has the skills and experience required to tackle the difficult questions and problems facing our country. He is excited to start his career in politics and look forward to working with his fellow professionals at California Lutheran University to make a significant impact on our citizens.

He has been with Ajilon Finance for Past Tenure and currently holds the role of Senior Executive Recruiter at the company. He has also worked with Kforce Inc. for Past Tenure, where he was the Recruiting Manager. Additionally, he worked with Vaco for Past Tenure, where he was the Regional Manager/HR Business Partner.
