Scott Schumann began his dental surgeries residency at UT Health Science Center at San Antonio in 1989. After completing his residency, Schumann worked at Clearview Dental Associates as a clinical dentist. In 2000, Schumann joined the Harry & Louise Berthoud PC practice in Littlefield, Colorado. In 2004, Schumann moved to Littleton, Colorado and joined the firm of Benson, Wiseman & McGregor. In 2010, Schumann rejoined Berthoud PC and is currently a partner.Since joining the firm of Benson, Wiseman & McGregor in 2010, Schumann has participated in a number of clinical trials for new diseases and treatments. Lombardi have carried out a number of clinical trials on primates and this has led to Schumann's discovery of a new vaccination tool, which will be tried in humans in the near future. He is also currently postdoctoral fellow at The Ohio State University.Schumann is also a member of the American Dental Association and is a reviewer for the journal " Journaltion of Oral and cheek Surgery".Schumann's innovation in dental technology was recognized by the American Dental Association in 2008 as the winner of their invention award.
