My role at eCopy was to show the way, teach the way. eCopy is a middle ware software solution that allows different communication choices from MFP (multi-functional printers) From February 2003 to March 2006 (3 years 2 months) Greater Seattle AreaRegional Sales Manager @ As the Regional Sales Manager I was responsible to make sure the Canon Dealer community in 13 western states could sell and support Canon's Hardware and software solutions. As hardware started giving way to software "work flow that works" as the main focus I took it upon myself to learn digital work flow. When I left Canon USA I had the title of Digital Specialist concentrating on Canon and eCopy Inc's digital solutions and of course knowledge transferring accordingly to our dealer community. The last year I was with Canon USA I was flying into all 50 states teaching Regional Sales Managers digital workflow. Who taught me? Me!
