As a senior recruiter, I’ve had the opportunity to work with organizations from all walks of life. I have a wide-ranging experience in both Internal and External Recruitment, which has given me a deep understanding of how the hiring process work in various organizations.My years of experience have taught me that the way that talent is acquired and managed throughout an organization is always a critical factor in success. Over the years, I have worked on various different projects and initiatives where I have been able to help eliminate wastage and waste in the talent acquisition process. In addition, I have also been able to help organizations improve their hiring practices and make their hiring process more efficient.My experience with Hilltop Talent has taught me a great deal about how to manage the search process. In particular, I’ve been able to learn how to use customer experience to get the best results for our clients. I believe that this is a valuable skill that can be used by any organization.Furthermore, I’ve also had the opportunity to work with RECRUIT UNIVERSE. As a Recruiting Manager there, I was able to help them grow their user base and become one of the most successful ADP companies in the industry. This was a great experience for me because it gave me the opportunity to see different aspects of the hiring process from a different perspective.In addition, I’ve also been able to work with Zimmer. I worked as a Sr. Recruiter there for three years, and I can say that I was very impressed with their hiring process and the way they conducted interviews. I was also able to learn a lot about how to be a successful recruiter and how to improve the process for my clients.Overall, my experience with Hilltop Talent, Zimmer, and RECRUIT UNIVERSE have taught me a lot about the importance of getting the best results in the hiring process.
