He was also acting as the President of Temple University when the Board was not available to meet. In his roles as Chairman, CEO and President of Temple University Board of Trustees, Mazo was a leader in creating American University'sPermanent USD $100 million endowment, helping the university become one of the most selective, selective private universities in the United States. From 2002-01-01 to 2004-01-01, he also served as a member of the Board of Directors of Philadelphia Building Industry Association (BIA). 🎓 Education

Scott Mazo has a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Miami in Philosophy, Psychology, and from 1973 to 1970 he also had a degree from the University of California at Berkeley in Political Science. Mazo has several years of experience in the teaching of courses in the philosophy and political science departments at the University of Miami and at the University of California, Berkeley. Mazo is currently a visiting professor at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
