Sam earned his B.S.B.A. in Finance from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and continued on to Columbia University where he earned an M.A., M.Phil., and Ph.D. in cognitive psychology with a research concentration in behavioral finance. As Head of Data Science, Dr. Franklin leads a talented team of analytics professionals developing advanced solutions for Fortune 500 clients at 360i, which has been a Top 3 agency on Ad Age's prestigious A-List since 2013.
