Born and raised in Illinois, Ryan Cormier is an Outdoor Enthusiast and Fishing Fanatic who has been involved in a number of activities as an RV driver, hunter, and fisherman. Cormier attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he received a Master's in Communication Arts and Modern Languages. After earning his undergraduate degree, Cormier moved to New York City, where he worked as an American Radio Relay League Volunteer. After several years of volunteer work, Cormier returned to North Carolina to attend Carnegie Mellon University, where he earned a Master's in Communication Studies and a Concentration in Journalism. Cormier then moved back to New York City and became a marketing professional, working as a Digital Marketing Professional at a company called Kalkomey. After working at Kalkomey for two years, Cormier moved to Agency Habitat as the Director of Digital Marketing. There, Cormier helped manage a team of employees who created and applied digital marketing campaigns for a variety of companies and organizations. Cormier is currently an Advisor at Swpely and an Executive Director at Agency Habitat.
