After years of experience as a senior technical officer in various functions of a company- such as people analytics, global HRBP, talent management, and recruiting operations- Rohit Tayal has decided to focus his career on organizational development and process improvements. He has held various leadership roles in various organizations and has developed a strong interest in efficiency and process design.Prior to joining HCL Technologies as a summer trainee in 2008, Rohit Tayal was a senior technical officer at Facebook in Menlo Park. He worked on a wide range of technical projects, from program management to data analysis. His experience in theLi11a software development environment gave him a great understanding of how to craft efficient and effective processes, which he applied to his work at HCL Technologies. Rohit also excelled at contributing to team projects and was able to build a strong working relationship with his colleagues.At HCL Technologies, Rohit Tayal led the recruitment operations for the company. He designed and implementedHR and talent management programs for the company. also managed and executed HR and talent programs for the new business of Amazon - Physical Retail. He also led a team of five HR professionals to build and deliver a strategic HR roadmap, which helped Infosys achieve its biggest growth ever.Rohit Tayal is currently a summer trainee at HCL Technologies from 2008 to 2008 (less than a year).
