I have always been in love with technology, specially because of what technology can do for people. My experience in tech spans both sides of the desk, practitioner and seller. I learned a lot from both and I apply that experience in every new opportunity and challenge that comes along.
I understand the value of listening to my customers (internal and external) and letting their insight to guide my strategy. Being the voice of the customer in internal discussions, and reflecting factually and accurately the reality of the market in both internal and external discussions has helped me to gain the trust and respect of my key stakeholders, and given me the opportunity to learn even more from them.
My experience on both running IT operations, and driving sales and marketing for massive market opportunities has always been guided by the principles of open, honest communication, unquestionable business ethic, a true passion and commitment for my customers, running every business as it was my own, and creating an open, inclusive and diverse environment to maximize team potential and business impact.
Mastering the skills to run a business in a global scale has allowed me to operate as efficiently as we were all sharing the same room.
