In this role, he was responsible for the development and implementation of the company’s employee relations policy and guidelines, as well as ensuring that employee benefits and progress reports were made available to staff. Robert Szvetecz was also responsible for the management of employee attendance and absence records, as well as the co-ordination of cover letters, job applications, and hiring ceremonies.From 2007 to 2009, Robert Szvetecz was the Country Manager for Slovakia and Hungary at Robert Half.
