💼 Past Experience

From April 1993 to November 2006, I was the Human Resources Manager at Easter Seals New Jersey, responsible for the development, management, recognition and retention of employees. My responsibilities included the development and management of employee / talent acquisition, development and management of employee development programs, and the management of employee recognition programs. At Easter Seals, I had the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, including Fortune 500 organizations and rapidly growing businesses. I was also responsible for the execution of employee development programs, developing and implementing new mentoring programs, and managing the position-specific on-boarding process. In addition, I successfully implemented a number of HR policies and procedures, includingamping up employee / training and career-pathing, Development and Management of Employee Development Programs, and Management of Employee Recognition Programs.


🎓 Education

Rob Benningtonreceived his B.S. in Counseling from Rutgers University-New Brunswick in 2010. After receiving his B.S. in Counseling, Bennington worked as an Addiction Counselor at Rutgers University-New Brunswick for 3 years. While at Rutgers University-New Brunswick, Bennington also earned his J.D. in 2011 from the Rutgers University Law School. While at Rutgers University-New Brunswick, Bennington was a victim of sexual assault and subsequently completed sexual assault counseling. Bennington then moved on to work at the Sacramento, California-based firm Golin Rayburn as an associate counsel. While at Golin Rayburn, Bennington completed the California Bar Admissions Exam. The highlight of Bennington's time at Golin Rayburn was his work on the appellate trial bench. Bennington was a part of the appellate trial bench for 1 year and a part of the appellate trial bench for 1 year and a half. During his time on the appellate trial bench, Bennington primarily argued appellate rounds. After 1 year and a half as an appellate trial judge at the appellate trial bench, Bennington resigned from Golin Rayburn to focus on his new band, The Stage. Bennington is now a full-time attorney. Rob Bennington's education has prepared him for a successful career as an attorney. Bennington has experience in appellate trial and appellate law. Bennington's education has also prepared him to argue appellate rounds in court. In addition, Bennington has a good understanding of the legal system and can communicate with lawyers of all levels.
