I have a lot of technical skills as I’m working as IT specialist for more than 15 years. Besides that I’m eager in business information processing, analysis, project and process management. During the years I have learnt that people are the most important tools you can get and how you can reach the top with good leadership.
My personal target is to have fun. Having fun together is the best way to reach your goals, it doesn’t matter if you do it in an agile way or your own way. Although I’m critical and always want to go for perfectionism, I’m able to get the best out of people so together with the ones I work(ed) with we have done a lot of fun stuff and we succeeded in numerous projects which became even greater products during the years!
