Summary of Rebecca's experience as a Talent ManagerRebecca PHR's experience as a Talent Manager at Ohi- a digital software company- has taught her a lot about the role and what it takes to lead a successful talent acquisition campaign. Before joining Ohi, Rebecca managed Talent at Couchbase, a tech company that she joined in August 2018. At Couchbase, Rebecca worked with a team of Talent Managers to manage and OPIate talent across the company. She was also responsible for managing the Acquisition Manager role at Balbix, which was the company's Acquisition arm. Within Balbix, Rebecca worked with a team of Talent Acquisition Partners to identify and interview candidates for various positions within the company. Lastly, Rebecca was also responsible for the Management of the Talent Pool at Balbix, which was the department responsible for managing the approximately 100+ talents at Balbix.In May 2020, Rebecca made the move from Balbix to Clarity Partners, LLC as a Senior Talent Lead. Here, she worked with a team of Technical Recruiter’s to identify and acquire talent for the company.
