Before joining Ohi, Rebecca managed Talent at Couchbase, a tech company that she joined in August 2018. At Couchbase, Rebecca worked with a team of Talent Managers to manage and OPIate talent across the company. She was also responsible for managing the Acquisition Manager role at Balbix, which was the company's Acquisition arm. Within Balbix, Rebecca worked with a team of Talent Acquisition Partners to identify and interview candidates for various positions within the company.
