💼 Past Experience

I worked as a Managing Director at IDEAL Search Group, a staffing and recruiting company, from January 2012 to January 2017. I managed the company’s recruitment division. In my role, I developed and oversaw the company’s workplace policies, developed and supervised job search processes, and administered the company’s employee benefits programs. Additionally, I created and directed the company’s employee relations department. I also received a number of awards from my division, including an achievement award in the areas of employee training and development and a purchasing award for innovative approaches to employee recruitment.

Varghese decided to take the accounting coursework and make the four-week course into a full-time course.Varghese has found that the business world is very different than the accounting world that he was familiar with. The main difference is that in the business world, businesses are not just run by accounting experts, but by everyone who works for a company. This means that there is a greater need for people who can think outside the box, and that is what Varghese has found his niche in life.Since starting his own business, Varghese has found that he needs to be reminder of the basics of business. This has included studying the concepts of business expenses and accounting. He has also found that he needs to be able to communicate with different people in order to make business decisions.Varghese is excited to be starting his own business and has found the business world to be his favorite place to work. He believe that the education he has taken has made him a better business consultant, and he is confident that he will continue to grow and learn new things in the business world.
