The Entrepreneurs Network (TEN) is a global network of think tanks and business outfits who work together to promote entrepreneurship and innovation. founded in 2007, TEN has close ties with numerous well-known names in business, including Forbes, CityAM, BBC, The Adam Smith Institute and Marsh. Founder of TEN, Philip Salter, has a background in business and has spent periods at various executive level posts at various top companies.When I started at TEN, I was very fortunate to have a team of very talented people around me. We had a really great team culture. We were constantly looking for ways to improve the work we were doing and we were always putting our own innovative ideas forward.One of the projects we were working on at the time was developing a new way of dealing with corruption. We weren't the first to think of this, but what we did was unique and it really worked. We were able to get a lot of prosecutions under our belt and it was a great feather in our cap.I also cycled through a lot of different executive levels at different companies. I got to see how different companies operate and what their different challenges are. I learned a lot about how to run a business and how to improve the way a company works.Since starting at TEN, I have played a lot of important role in developing the business and culture of the organisation. I have been extremely responsible for the overall growth and development of the organisation. I am very passionate about entrepreneurship and it is my hope that TEN can help more people get started in their businesses.

Philip Salter's experience and education have prepared him well for the career he has chosen.
