In early 2019, Capitalise.com was hit by a devastatingorce. Head of Digital Sales, Phil Hobden resigned in order to take on the equally hefty responsibility of head of education. He was soon after joined by Head of Customer Education and Engagement, Rebecca Gallagher and the trio started working on expanding and developing the company’s SaaS education platform.In the following three-year period, the company grew and changed rapidly, growing from a small two-people company to an international fiscal services company with more than 110 employees across seven countries. Phil Hobden is also currently the author of a book on digital marketing and sales.In July 2019, after more than four years of hard work, Capitalise.com acquired a new Slice software platform. From then on, the company’s primary focus was on expanding the product and adding new features, before developing and launching their first major launched product in over a decade, a newFINANCE software platform.UK Sales was Hobden’s first real foray into thepaid care sector, and he achieved significant success with his longstanding relationship with Futrli.FH came into contact with Hobden while he was a freelance film and media editor and he encouraged him to start freelancing in order to gain experience in all areas of sales. In early 2017, he attained a position as Sales Manager - Uk & Europe at Constables Ltd and at the same time, he moved into Sales Manager - Europe. There, he was responsible forUh & EU sales, including Kundenbetreuung, Kundennachrichtenübermittlung, Ladenung von Fokussieres sowie die Bereitstellung von Fotos und Videos in vermarkterter Werbung.In January 2009, Hobden was appointed Sales Manager - UK & Europe at Capitalise.com. At Capitalise.com, Phil Hobden led the sales team in all domestic and European markets, as well as marketing and sales growth across the company. Phil Hobden has a Bachelors of Science degree in Education from the University of Cumbria. After studying at BHASVIC, Phil then studied at Ringmer Community College, making Phil a graduate of Ringmer Community College with a Post-Graduate diploma in Education. Phil Hobden has worked as a teacher for the last 5 years and has enjoyed this role for the last 2 years. This has taught Phil about teaching in a variety of settings, including Preschool and Primary school, SEN schools and college courses.
