Leading ITV’s digital division including the ITV Hub (previously the ITV Player) the company’s Video On Demand (VOD) service which is supported by advertising and subscriptions and delivers nearly 1 billion annual video requests. Also responsible for all of ITV’s digital content across news, entertainment and sport and distributed across youtube, social media, web sites and apps. Paul joined ITV as Director of Brand Extensions, leading a new department that generates revenues from ITV’s shows in areas including: licensing, live events, gaming, advertiser partnerships, visitor attractions and merchandising. Prior to ITV Paul had an extensive career in large media organisations and innovative start-ups including: FremantleMedia Group (part of RTL / Bertelsmann) as Head of Ventures, Vodafone, Channel 4 and boo.com.
