Hired and lead a cross-functional team and build new infrastructure from the ground up. Created a new company culture from the ground up. Pushed the team to innovate and move fast during rebuild process. Made big bets that paid off in the long term (rather than focusing on short term goals) which lead to the company's recent success and leadership.
