PamWest has a B.A. in English from Bowdoin College and a Diploma in Management from the University of Southern California. After graduating from college, Pam worked as an English teacher for a time before starting her own business, Campus Advantage in1996.Campus Advantage is a management consulting firm that provides students, businesses, and government organizations with services and advice about improving their operations. The company's Regional Supervisor position at DMC Mgmt was my first job. I was the Regional Manager for the company from May 2013 to December 2016. I took the position because the company was looking for a new leader. I was the Regional Supervisor for the company when the company went through a hard time. I was able to help the company get back on track and return to profitability. My tasks included developing plans, management strategies, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. I was also able to provide guidance to the management team on how to improve the company's performance.psons church of christIn2008, Pam was elected Vice President of Marketing for Pensacola Florida. After serving asVP of Marketing for Pensacola Florida for two years, she rejoined the staff at the University of Southern California as a full-time Assistant Professor of Marketing. In2011, Pam was elected a Staff Scholar at USC.At USC, Pam taught a marketing class titled "The Marketing of Technology." In that class, I learned about the marketing of technology products. I also taught a marketing class titled "The Marketing of Nonprofit Organizations." These classes were aimed at marketing students who want to work in nonprofit organizations.In2010, Pam and her husband, Garrett, started a startup, called Top Shelf Resources. Top Shelf Resources is a website that sells snakewood products. The products are available for purchase online and in physical stores. Top Shelf Resources has been successful and was recently shut down by the government. In 2013, Pam and Garrett started a new company, called Peninsula Partners. Peninsula Partners is a business consulting firm that specializes in renewable energy. The company has been successful and is scheduled to startinitial operations in the spring of 2019. Top Shelf Resources and Peninsula Partners will continue to operate side-by-side.

Pam has conducted various research studies in the field of Networking, which has given her a Better understanding of the tech field.
