After a few years of playing in the minors and working at a job that didn't fulfill her passions, she decided to get back into hockey and join the university staff at the local college. Pam found her true passion in the HR field and has since been playing part time and periodically attending conferences in order to stay Updated on the latest HR industry trends. Pam has also written articles on a variety of HR topics for various websites and publications.In her free time, Pam likes to watch a unique show on Netflix, take walks around her city, and cook up a storm in her kitchen.
