Oyinkansola Alabi's educational background and work readiness are based on her experience and education. Oyinkansola Alabi is a graduate of MSc Psychology at Arden University and psychopathology and emotional intelligence at Yale Centre for Emotional Intelligence, where she received her RULEREmotional Intelligence certification in January 2019.Following her education, Oyinkansola Alabi worked as a human resources development specialist at Cornell University ILR School between January 2018 and January 2018. From her experience and education, Oyinkansola Alabi knows that it is important for someone to have a solid education and be ready for work. With this in mind, she has decided to move back to Kenya and pursue her education in order to become a well-rounded expert in human resource development.

I started my professional life in 2007 as a Salesperson for the fictional company "EMOTIONS CITY - Africa's Premier Emotional Intelligence Training Academy". I held the position for four years, during which time I helped develop, grow, and manage EMOTIONS CITY - Africa's premier Emotional Intelligence Training Academy. After I left EMOTIONS CITY - Africa's premier Emotional Intelligence Training Academy, I founded and ran my own company, "EMOTIONS CITY - Africa's Premier Emotional Intelligence Training Academy". I remain a Principal at "EMOTIONS CITY - Africa's Premier Emotional Intelligence Training Academy" and I am currently the President of the Board of Directors. I am also a Principal at "EMOTIONS CITY - Europe's First Emotional Intelligence Training Academy". I have also been involved in several other professional endeavors over the years. I have two Master's Degrees, two Doctoral Degrees, and four years of professional experience in different fields of consulting, including sales, public relations, research, executive development, social emotional learning, critical thinking, project management, mind mapping, social media, emotional intelligence, cognitive therapy, management, writing, life coaching, product innovation, and training.
