Morgan Martinez serves as the Senior Director of Communications and Public Engagement at InterAction, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization's narrative and enhancing its visibility on both domestic and international stages. With a robust background in strategic and cross-cultural communications, Morgan has been instrumental in developing comprehensive external engagement strategies that align with InterAction's mission and organizational goals. Her leadership extends to overseeing InterAction's flagship event, Forum, where she ensures that the event not only showcases the organization's initiatives but also fosters meaningful dialogue among stakeholders in the nonprofit sector.

Since joining InterAction as Director of Communications in May 2019, Morgan has demonstrated her expertise in executive-level communication, guiding the executive team through critical transitions, including the upcoming CEO transition. She serves as the primary advisor on all internal and external communications, ensuring that messaging is cohesive and reflective of the organization's values.

Morgan also spearheads the Communications Directors Working Group, a collaborative network of 114 communications professionals dedicated to sharing best practices and enhancing the impact of their collective work.
