💼 Past Experience

I started my WarnerMedia University Relations role in fall of 2016, based out of the company’s Vaal Campus in Johannesburg, South Africa. I was responsible for Campus Recruiting, Early Talent Development and Intern Program Management, and I traveled to many of the company’s main markets across the globe, assisting WarnerMedia representatives in their searches for interns and talent. I was able to work with some of the largest and most influential companies in the world, and I learned a lot about the business world while working at WarnerMedia.Now that I’ve been at WarnerMedia for two years, I’ve transitioned my focus to Intern Program Management. My job is to oversee all aspects of the company’sinternship program, from creating and managing the program’s requirements, to ensuring that interns receive the best learning experience possible. I’ve also taken on a bigger role in our company’s internship strategy, working with our Human Resources department to find and integrate the best interns into our organization.I think the internship program at WarnerMedia is one of the most beneficial aspects of the company. It allows employees to gain valuable work experience and develop their skills outside of the office, which is integral to the success of the company. I’m excited to continue working with the company and helping to develop itsinternship program, and I believe that theIntern Program Management role at WarnerMedia is essential to the organization’s success.
