Mitch has been a CEO and Founder of two companies. EarthSoft, Inc. is a company that provides software to companies in the environmental, environmental engineering, and agricultural industries. EarthSoft Canada is a company that providing software to companies in the Canadian environmental, environmental engineering, and agricultural industries.Mitch’s work with EarthSoft’s first company began in 2003 when he was the CTO of EarthSoft Canada. He was responsible for developing and leading the environmental software development team. He has also served as Vice President of Software Development at EarthSoft Canada and President of the Canadian Software Developers’ Association.Mitch has since retired from his position as President of EarthSoft Canada, and he currently serves as CEO of EarthSoft Inc. EarthSoft's first company was a great success and has since been renamed EarthSoft Canada, Inc. After EarthSoft Canada, Inc.’s inception in 2006, Mitch led the company in stepped up the quality of the software development processes, increased the company’s customer base, and improved the services offered to its customers.Mitch is knowledgeable in many different industries and has a wealth of experience in developing and leading software development teams.
