💼 Past Experience

Miriam has various industries experience in various companies where she has led or worked in customer success, business development, and engineering. She gained this experience through her undergraduate studies at the University of Southern California.Miriam has three decades of customer success, business development and engineering experience in software excellence organizations. In her mostrecent position, she was a CEO of a software company. Experience with Microsoft and using .NET technologies has given her a strong foundation for her current role at KMicro Tech, Inc. In her previous position she was managing Director of customer operations at Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 business subsidiary and major product improvement project manager. In prior positions, she was an IE expert and a project manager.Prior to her current position at KMicro Tech, Inc., Miriam worked as a Project Manager at Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 product line. Miriam was managing Director of customer operations for Microsoft Dynamics 365 at the time of her appointment to their product development subsidiary. As a project manager, Miriam was responsible for bringing products from development to market, working closely with Microsoft Small Business (MSB) businesses to help them build successful customer relations programs. Her experience with the customer success team at Microsoft Dynamics 365 made her the perfect candidate to lead product development for their Dynamics 365 product line.Miriam holds a BS in Las Vegas, NV, from the University of Nevada at Las Vegas.

Miriam Bichara is currently a student at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in New York City, having graduated from CVCS with a B.S. in Fashion Merchandising. After completing her studies at fashion institute, Miriam will now be ready to pursue her career in fashion, and would be interested in working with both domestic and international brands. In her previous work experience, Miriam has focused primarily on the retail industry, but she remains confident in her abilities to work in any sphere. In her free time, Miriam enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as practicing her violin.

In her past experience, Miriam has managed customer success at both startup and large technology companies. Her experience with customers and with various software programs has given her a great understanding of the customer experience, what works well and what doesn’t, as well as how to effectively communicate and work with her customers.Outside of work, Miriam enjoys spending time with her family and dog. She believes that it is important to bond with your family and spend time with them when you can.
