Director of the Coro Fellows Program: a graduate-level experiential leadership program that prepares high potential individuals for effective and ethical leadership in the public arena. The Fellows Program is founded on Coro's unique curriculum of core leadership skills-building, paired with real-world experiences that rely on the city as the classroom. Unconventional by traditional academic standards, the Coro Fellows Program is rigorous and demanding. Since 1947, the Fellows Program has combined experiential learning, interactions with private, public, and non-profit decision-makers, and development in analytical, group governance, and communication skills. Oversaw all aspects including budgeting, financial management, selection, curriculum development, program design, and implementation. Supervised 75 consultancies per year in the government, nonprofit, business, political, labor, and philanthropic sectors.
