Pinpoint Management Partners provides scalable talent solutions for high-growth startups and mid-size companies. Our mission is to help startups establish a robust HR & Recruiting process, while also helping identify top Automotive, Autonomous, AI, Aerospace, and Manufacturing talent. I've worked with a variety of companies, including two companies that were acquired by Tesla, as well as starting my own company (Wunderun) and managing and leading recruitment teams at two different branch offices. Overall, I've been a successful recruiter and have been able to help companies reach their target market. Some of my recent assignments have been working with TESLA Motors (autopilot, manufacturing, hardware teams), Encore, Neotech, TSMC, and VoxStream, among others. I am also currently working on a project with Lucid Motors, which is a company that is developing autonomous technology for long-haul trucking. I've also been responsible for all hiring and recruitingrelated activities for both companies and have helped tripled their headcount before acquisition (40+ employees). My experience with Monster Energy, Hansens Berverage, and Solar City has also taught me a lot about sales and account management.

He picked up this DIY approach of education and learned how to analyze his skills and interests, looking for avenues of education and career growth.The experience he gained in business and human resources management led him to study at San Jose State University. Hired after his final semester of college, he held various management positions and individuals with little experience and little knowledge in the field of human resources management quickly identifiably Mike as expertise in the field.With that, and his many years of experience in the field, he applied his knowledge and perspective to his current venture as an LBSR. Going hand-in-hand with this, he has a deep understanding of the needs of businesses, and a proven track record of creating jobs through his innovative methods. With his education and experience in the field, Mike Sheng is confident and ready to take on any situation and deal with any challenges.

Mike Sheng has many years of experience in HR and talent acquisition, having been responsible for acquiring and Domeied employee pools for some of the largest companies in the business.
