Positions included Project Managers, Program Managers, Architects, Developers, Programmers, Analysts, Engineers, QA, etc.• Sourced candidates to fill IT requirements and managed the full life cycle process.• Filled IT requirements according to client’s needs using a variety of methods including but not limited to internal candidate database, job boards, network referrals, industry networking, direct sourcing, social networks, and creative online sourcing.• Reviewed resumes and evaluated applicants through interview process to reveal job skills, work history, education, training and compensation needs.• Scheduled interviews and negotiated hourly pay rates and salaries for candidates.• Prepped them for interviews with client.• Performed reference checks, employment verification, requested background investigations, and drug screens on applicants. • Relocated to Austin to service the Austin accounts while continuing to service Dallas accounts.
