💼 Past Experience

I began my career in real estate as a broker/president at Vartan Management Company from June 2001 to November 2005. I grew up in the town of Hanover, PA and finished my high school education in 1984. I was lieutenant governor of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania from 2007-2010.As a real estate broker/president at Vartan Management Company, I had the opportunity to work with some of the best developers in the region, helping them achieve success. I also had the pleasure of working with some of the most famous customers in the industry, including The Pfizer Company, Coca-Cola, and The Comcast Company. I was proud to have been a part of the team that helped these large companies achieve their goals.In summer of 2006, I became a township supervisor in the township of EAST HANOVER TOWNSHIP. As a supervisor, I am responsible for the day-to-day operations of the township, including the planning and construction of new projects, as well as the management of its budget and personnel. I am also responsible for the development and governance of the township, including the appointment of township commissioners,Increased transparency to township citizens was another key priority of mine as Supervisor. I spearheaded the development of the township’s website, which has been praised by many as being one of the most user-friendly webpages in the region.I stayed with the township for two years, during which time I also became a Vice President at Vartan Construction Company. At Vartan Construction Company, I was responsible for the development, management, and daily operations of a construction team of over 100 employees. I was also part of the team that was responsible for building the new township hall, which was opened in January of 2010.As a Vice President at Vartan Construction Company, I was also involved in a number of robust business initiatives. One such initiative was the development of a Real Estate Development Program, which gave developers of new projects the tools and resources they needed to achieve success. I also worked on developing a marketing campaign that aimed to increase the popularity of the township and its projects.I am proud to have spent over 40 years of my life working in the real estate industry, and I am excited to continue my career in this field. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work with such a great team, and I look forward to developing new projects that will help improve the lives of township citizens.
