💼 Past Experience

I started my professional career in the early 1990s as a motivated sales representative with the management consulting giant McKinsey. As a result of my work experience and sales skills throughout that time, I was moved to a number of other management consulting companies, including Booz, Allen Hamilton, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Finally, I was hired as a management consultant at the engineering company Bechtel Corporation in September 2007 and stayed for four years.After leaving Bechtel, I took a couple years off to focus on my full-time career as a corporate recruiter. I worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies during that time and gained a deep knowledge of the recruiting process, from targetedAcquisitions to Untargeted Acquisition. I also developed my own recruitment program, which I used in my final four years at Bechtel.In May 2021, I was hired as an Executive Team Leader Human Resources at Target and will be working in the Corporate Recruiting Department. I gained most of my experience in the field of human resources through my time at Bechtel and at Target, where I worked with a wide range of employers, including Fortune 500 companies and small businesses. I am confident that my strengths and experiences will befit the Executive Team Leader role at Target and help to contribute to the company’s success.
