💼 Past Experience

Experience in Talent Acquisition:When looking for a new opportunity, I have been involved with a wide range of Talent Acquisition situations. I have been a Director of Talent, a Recruiting Manager, and a Search Manager. My previous experience has taught me that Talent Innovation is essential for any company. My goal is to help small companies grow and to help my customer/employer prevail through Talent Acquisition.As a Director of Talent, I am responsible for the hiring process, overseeing the development and implementation of talent strategies, and providing leadership and support to my team. I also run a full desk, which allows me to develop relationships with many different employers. I am very familiar with the different employment environments around the world, having recruited in each continent.As a Recruiting Manager, I work with my team to identify and assess the needs of potential hires. I also work with managers to determine the best way to approach and manage the recruitment process. Lastly, I work with my team to define and then to keep employees on their paths. OutSystems is a team-oriented company, and I believe in giving my employees the freedom to focus on their career goals.As a Search Manager, I work with my team to identify and assess the best organizations to make hires from. I also work with managers to determine the best way to approach and manage the search process. Lastly, I work with my team to define and then to keep employees on their paths. I have also been involved in contract careers, which have taught me a great deal about the Talent Acquisition landscape.My experience has taught me that it is important to have a clear and concise talent strategy, to work closely with my team, and to have a focus on customer and employee satisfaction. I believe in developing relationships with my customers and employees and want to help my customers and employees succeed. I am passionate about working with small companies and am excited to explore new opportunities.

🎓 Education

Matt Hilleary has a BS from Wofford College. In his previous education, he trained as a finance analyst and transitioned into an investment advisor. After working in investment and financial services for over 10 years, he launched his own investment advisory firm. In 2018, he was named a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
