I'm passionate about helping people get the opportunities they deserve, and I believe that everyone deserves respect and vicious cycles of exclusion are ultimately counterproductive.I worked at GTM Talent in the Ann Arbor area from 2009-2010. In my role as Director of GTM Talent, I developed deep, confidential relationships with top level Practitioners and Leaders as well as the Hospital Systems that hire them. I also developed relationships with independent consultants working on retained and contingent searches throughout the US.I led Americas Recruiting for pioneer and market leader of Robotic Process Automation (RPA). I also led sales pitches to clients and delivered presentations on how agile and software-based automation can improve customer service.I was a Senior Sales Recruiter (EMEA/Americas) at ForeSee from February 2011 to September 2014 (3 years 8 months) in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The vast majority of these hires were from recruiting passive talent that didn’t seriously think they were interested in making a job change. I worked with our Hospitals Executive and Operational leadership to develop and deliver programs that reduced agency reliance and spent less. I was also responsible for developing the corporate counsel team and leading the team that delivered programs to our hospitals.I am passionate about helping people get the opportunities they deserve, and I believe that everyone deserves respect and vicious cycles of exclusion are ultimately counterproductive. I believe that everyone has a right to get a job, no matter what their race, religion, gender, heritage, or time of year.

🎓 Education

Mary Ann Nenninger obtained a B.A. in Communication/Journalism from the University of Illinois Springfield in 1995. She then spent four years working as a freelance journalist before enrolling in the graduate program at University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2002. Upon completing her graduate program in 2006, Nenninger moved to New York City to pursue an M.A. in English Literature from the City University of New York. Nenninger's work experience includes writing for various online media outlets, as well as contributing chapters to a transgender history book. In 2013, she finally landed a career in writing as an editor for a small business magazine, which has given her the opportunity to work with a variety of different clients. When not working, Nenninger enjoys spending time with her cats and dog.
