💼 Past Experience

As a HR Leaders, I have the opportunity to develop strong relationships with my teams and their business-based HR partners. I am also responsible foraucus developing strong partnerships with R&D Leaders and their business-based HR partners to deliver on best-in-class talent acquisitions strategies. This was done in California, where I was the Talent Acquisition Lead for the west coast Pharmaceutical business. I managed a high volume recruitment portfolio which included interviewing and pre-screening of applicants. I also managed job development, targeting specific companies to place dislocated workers. I exceeded placement goals in each title, and coached participants in interviewing skills and resume writing. Through this, I was able to Recruit employers from local EDD offices, andextensive telephonic and personal contact with employers. I am also responsible for developing and executing HR policies for our company which include Leave of Absence policy and procedures, Family Medical Leave Act, California Parental Leave Law, California payroll practice and workers compensation (OSHA) laws.
