It was during my days with Drake Beam Morin where I first got interested in technical Sourcers. After years of various technical positions, I had a real understanding of what it takes to be a technical Sourcer. I also had the opportunity to work with a few companies where I was responsible for heading up technical sourcers. In 2002, I left my previous company to join Eazel, a company that was looking for a new technical sourcer.In 2001, I left Elevon to join Brex, a company that was looking for a new technical sourcer. Brex was a company in the Greater New York City Area, which was a great opportunity for me to get experience at a company that was in a similar position. I was also able to work with a few other companies before starting at Brex. My main responsibilities at Brex were technical sourcers, but I also had the opportunity to work with a few companies that were looking for technical sourcers.In September 2004, I started at Google as a Lead/Technical Sourcer. At Google, I was responsible for leading and technical sourcers. I had the opportunity to work with a few different companies before starting at Google. My main responsibility at Google was technical sourcers, but I also had the opportunity to work with a few companies that were looking for technical sourcers.In September 2004, I started at Facebook as a Lead/Technical Sourcer. At Facebook, I was responsible for leading and technical sourcers. I had the opportunity to work with a few different companies before starting at Facebook. My main responsibility at Facebook was technical sourcers, but I also had the opportunity to work with a few companies that were looking for technical sourcers.In February 2011, I took a position as a Lead/Technical Sourcer at Amazon. At Amazon, I was responsible for leading and technical sourcers. I had the opportunity to work with a few different companies before starting at Amazon. My main responsibility at Amazon was technical sourcers, but I also had the opportunity to work with a few companies that were looking for technical sourcers.In February 2011, I took a position as a Lead/Technical Sourcer at Facebook. At Facebook, I was responsible for leading and technical sourcers. I had the opportunity to work with a few different companies before starting at Facebook. My main responsibility at Facebook was technical sourcers, but I also had the opportunity to work with a few companies that were looking for technical sourcers.In September 2004, I began working at AOL as a Recruiting and Retention Specialist. At AOL, I was responsible for providing recruitment and retention services to our clients. I had the opportunity to work with a few different companies before starting at AOL. My main responsibilities at AOL were recruitment and retention services, but I also had the opportunity to work with a few companies that were looking for technical sourcers.In September 2004, I began working at Yahoo/Overture as a Contract Recruiter. Marianne Dove holds a BS from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Aeronautics.
