Before joining Luxoft I was working as Project/Program manager at Comarch
Since I was always the one who is willing to broaden his horizons and travel for longer assignments I got to spend significant amount of my time abroad (US, Canada, Brazil, Ukraine etc.). I think that gave me a unique view on many things both at work and in life and structured who I am right now

I started my career as a developer graduating from technical university. I had my fair share of coding mostly Java and Oracle doing DBA as well. I think that my technical background is very valuable part of my experience
In parallel to development I started to do software design and business analysis. Early on in my career I was onboarded to be part of analytical team traveling to customer site to run JAD sessions
Those early events gave my good start up into rest of my work and build trust of my superiors. That resulted in successful career development and constant new and bigger challenges
